After you place your Bougie Luminaries order, we will lovingly process and package your items for shipping within 3 business days.
Wholesale orders ship anywhere from 3-5 business days after payment. Most wholesale orders are made-to-order. Priority Mail is typically delivered within 1-3 business days while USPS First class usually takes 2-5 business days. UPS Ground usually takes 1-5 business days. You should receive a shipping notification with tracking information once your order leaves our workshop. Please let us know if you'd like your order expedited and we'll try to meet your request.
Please note that shipping times are in addition to our in-house processing times. Once shipped, you should receive your luxuries within 3-5 business days depending on your location and desired shipping method.
We ship most international packages via First Class International Mail, which doesn't include features such as tracking information or delivery confirmation. Shipping times vary depending on location, time of year, and the local postal service. Orders should arrive in 2-4 weeks, on average.
International packages may be subject to customs, duties or other fees that are calculated by country. Please be aware that the customer is responsible for paying any and all customs duties and fees. International packages may be delayed by customs. Unfortunately, we at Bougie Luminaries have no control over these circumstances.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
At Bougie Luminaries, all of our products are carefully inspected before shipping. Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded. However, we will replace or refund products damaged during shipping if photographic proof of damage is submitted to Bougie Luminaries within 7 days of delivery. You may also exchange your unused product for another candle of the same size and price within 14 days of purchase. The buyer is responsible for shipping cost on all return items.
